By creating an account or using Abibinnwom you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Content & licensing

All audio, artwork and metadata on Abibinnwom is owned by Abibinnwom or its licensors. A purchase or subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream the content for personal, non-commercial use. Downloading, redistributing, re-uploading, or sharing audio files is strictly prohibited.

Personal uploads

You may upload audio files that you lawfully own to your personal library for private listening only. These files are not shared with other users, surfaced in public browse or search results, or included in any marketplace offering. You may not redistribute, resell, gift, or publicly stream uploaded files outside the service.

By uploading a file you confirm that you own a lawful copy and that your use does not infringe any third-party rights. Abibinnwom is a neutral conduit and will investigate and remove any content that is the subject of a valid takedown notice.

Subscriptions & purchases

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. Lifetime access is granted upon a single, one-time payment. One-time song or album purchases unlock that title indefinitely on your account.

Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing access controls.
• No use of the service for unlawful, harmful or infringing activity.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abibinnwom disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
