Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Abibinnwom (“Abibinnwom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs purchases, subscriptions, memberships, creator monetization services, digital products, livestream access, premium features, credits, and other paid services offered through the Abibinnwom platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By purchasing or using paid services on the Platform, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Digital Products & Services
Abibinnwom primarily provides:
- digital services,
- streaming services,
- creator platform services,
- software access,
- memberships,
- subscriptions,
- livestream access,
- downloadable digital content,
- and premium digital experiences.
Because digital products and services are immediately accessible and non-returnable, all purchases are generally considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
2. General No-Refund Policy
Except where prohibited by law, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not guarantee refunds for:
- subscriptions,
- creator memberships,
- livestream tickets,
- digital downloads,
- platform credits,
- virtual items,
- tips or donations,
- premium features,
- creator monetization services,
- advertising purchases,
- promotional placements,
- or partially used subscription periods.
3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals
Certain services may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing until canceled.
Users are responsible for:
- managing subscriptions,
- updating payment methods,
- and canceling renewals before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation stops future billing but does NOT retroactively refund:
- previous charges,
- unused time,
- partially used billing periods,
- or unused features.
4. Creator Payouts, Tips & Fan Support
Payments made to creators, artists, podcasters, spoken word performers, livestream hosts, or other users may be non-refundable once processed.
This includes:
- fan support payments,
- donations,
- creator subscriptions,
- tipping,
- pay-per-view purchases,
- and digital access purchases.
Abibinnwom acts solely as a platform provider and is not responsible for disputes between users and creators.
Users are responsible for reviewing creator offerings before purchasing.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Users agree not to initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:
- account access may be suspended,
- creator payouts may be withheld,
- subscriptions may be canceled,
- and future purchases may be restricted.
We reserve the right to submit evidence to payment processors to contest fraudulent disputes.
6. Limited Exceptions
Refunds MAY be considered solely at our discretion under limited circumstances, including:
- duplicate charges,
- accidental multiple purchases,
- verified billing errors,
- unauthorized transactions,
- or technical failures preventing access to purchased services.
Refund requests do not guarantee approval.
7. Livestreams, Events & Digital Access
Livestreams, virtual events, digital premieres, and online experiences may be subject to schedule changes, interruptions, delays, technical difficulties, or cancellations.
Except where required by law:
- interruptions,
- buffering,
- connectivity issues,
- device incompatibility,
- or user internet problems
do not automatically qualify for refunds.
If an event is canceled entirely by Abibinnwom, we may issue:
- partial refunds,
- platform credits,
- rescheduled access,
- or substitute access at our discretion.
8. Platform Credits & Promotional Balances
Promotional credits, referral bonuses, creator credits, and platform balances:
- have no cash value,
- are non-transferable,
- non-refundable,
- and may expire.
Unused credits may be forfeited upon:
- account termination,
- policy violations,
- fraud investigations,
- or prolonged inactivity.
9. App Store Purchases
Purchases made through:
- Apple App Store,
- Google Play,
- or third-party marketplaces
may be governed by those platforms’ refund policies.
Users must contact the applicable app marketplace directly for refund requests processed through those platforms.
We cannot guarantee refunds for purchases processed externally.
10. Account Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of:
- our Terms of Service,
- Community Guidelines,
- Copyright Policy,
- or applicable law,
you may lose access to:
- purchased content,
- subscriptions,
- creator earnings,
- credits,
- and premium services
without refund.
11. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- deny refunds,
- investigate transactions,
- limit purchases,
- suspend withdrawals,
- and restrict accounts
where fraud, abuse, manipulation, or suspicious activity is suspected.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- the Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,”
- uninterrupted access is not guaranteed,
- and we do not guarantee that services will always be error-free or available.
Temporary outages, maintenance, third-party failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events do not automatically entitle users to refunds.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abibinnwom shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages,
- lost profits,
- lost creator revenue,
- lost business opportunities,
- reputational harm,
- data loss,
- or interrupted broadcasts.
Our total liability relating to any purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
14. Policy Changes
We may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
